Stakeholder Workshop - PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)
This project was centred at Experian at the time moving their ways of working towards being ‘Product Lifecycle Management’ focused for their existing and upcoming products, ranging from benefits such as reducing the time from getting the product to market to mitigating costs such as prototyping and development . As part of one of my quarterly goals, I had to run a workshop for the ID&F (Identity and Fraud) Department within Experian and the stakeholders so we as a department collectively can run this framework for our products and services utilizing Aha as the product roadmap tool.
Aha - Product Roadmap Tool
With Aha being the tool utilized for steering towards to a PLM ways of working, I showcased the workspaces to both the internal and external stakeholders on AHA! workspaces I have created for the services mentioned below:

-
BAV Consumer
-
BAV Commercial

Outlining the ideas portals feature on the AHA tool where the stakeholders can provide their requirements to be refined into technical epics and features (user stories) and presenting the epics board for the BAV services since they are in stage 5 (Scale & Growth) of the Product lifecycle. The following illustration below allows the stakeholder to understand what is the general structure on the Artefacts of AHA and how I have applied them to the BAV services:

-
Goals - visible to all workspaces and helps track work in each financial quarter
-
Initiatives - Areas of investment that support overall business and product goals
-
Epics - Larger bodies of work that are comprised of many features
-
Features - Functional components of the product that support specific use cases
Outcomes
At the end of the workshop I achieved the following with the stakeholders (both internally with the ID&F department and externally with clients purchasing the services):

-
Agreement with the design of the roadmaps for upcoming features on both BAV services
-
Finalised approach on how to raise requirements with me (via the idea portal) and run separate refinement sessions to gather the business value on those said requirements
-
For the ID&F department, created separate AHA workspaces for their respective products/services with the Jira integrations to existing Jira projects
